This new plastic blend was inspired, sourced, tested, and finally approved by Discmania employees across Colorado and Finland. We wanted a feel harkening back to Pro plastic blends from Discmania’s founding years, but with added durability.
New Discmania P-Line is exactly that, and we’re excited to announce the first release in three molds; P2, P1, and the newest Originals mold - the MD3x!

We put the New Discmania P-Line plastic through rigorous testing before finally approving this new blend.
Through standardized wear testing (ISO-4649), we found our P-Line lost 17.95% less plastic than Flex 2 D-Line from; wear, friction, and surface damage.
With a P-Line putter in your hand, you can attack the chains without fear! P-Line plastic will stay in better shape, for much longer.
BEND, DON’T BREAK
New Discmania P-Line not only resists wear, but holds up in high pressure situations. Other “Pro” iterations of baseline plastics tended to be more brittle, sacrificing durability for feel.
We made sure P-Line not only felt great and could take the wear and tear of slamming chains, but also continue to perform after high speed tree kicks and more.
We put the New Discmania P-Line through a tensile strength test to see how much force P-Line can withstand before breaking. We found, when compared to Flex 2 D-Line, a 52% increase in tensile strength!

Pro-Tip: P-Line MD3x will be great to “cycle” due to these facts. Bagging multiple MD3x in various stages of long term use will provide an excellent mid-range lineup from stable to understable!
