  • 3 Glide
  • 0 Turn
  • 4 Fade

When the wind picks up, you need a disc you can trust. The Mutant laughs at danger and always performs predictably, thanks to its immense overstability.

The Mutant is a truly unique midrange. It's been coined the "cybertruck" of midranges. The design principle for this mold was to create a disc with no round surfaces. It is an extremely overstable midrange with low glide that can handle even the toughest of headwinds. Great for both backhand & sidearm shots and situations where you need extreme dependability.

The term disc doesn't fit for the Mutant, because that would imply that it flies. Mutant is truly from another planet- which is a good thing! Neo Mutant has a unique flight path, unreplicated by any other disc on the market. This thing is straight beef- no headwind or crazy angle is match for this monster. Those that can utilize this tool will have great results, as the Mutant is the perfect compliment to the more controllable Tactic!

This disc has no curved edges, which actually feels fantastic in the hand. Beat the elements with Mutant Power!

Beef, sometimes almost too much.

This disc is crazy. While it doesn't fade near as hard as the splice, it does not and can not flip over. I had thrown this in crazy winds and it holds up until the wind is literally 50+ mph.
I also tend to love this disc for forehands as it doesn't get the massive skip that a splice has, but will instead sit a little more.

Solid disc

It's a good overstbale utility disc. I love it for back hands, I'm not a huge fan of it for forehand. Believe it or not it gets squirly for me in the wind. I think it's squared off shape makes getting a clean release a little harder, since nothing else in my bag feels like it. It's more overstbale than my Gator yet my Gator fights the wind better due to the cleaner release (FH) . I throw 400+ both fh and bb and flick tactics and md3s for approaches 200- 250 in. So I would say I'm a above average forehand on both power and touch. If you love the feel and can get a clean release you will have a unique wind fighter that could change your game. I've had mine for 5 months now and I can't seem to quite get it down. I'm hopeful it will click soon

Two servings of beef

This filled the gap that a power thrower needs. It gets a great skip, handles all the torque you can give, and stables to in the end. I don't have huge hands but fits very well forehand and backhand. Great disc guys! Extra beefy goodness is the Mutant.
