If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee after delivery date on every product we offer providing it is unused and in original condition. Please call customer service at 909.518.7465 or email us at store@discmania.net to submit your claim. Customers assume all costs in shipping to us and we assume the cost in shipping replacements back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped USPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of the shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
