About Taylor
Taylor got his start playing disc golf in North Carolina only a couple years ago towards the end of 2017. While playing casually for less than a year he played his first tournament in July of 2018, going straight into the open field. Fast forward to September where he had strong top 3 finish at the Discmania Combine in Holly Springs, North Carolina. His performance secured him a spot on Team Discmania for the 2019 season.
Realizing the potential and having one of the best teams/companies in his corner was a huge stepping stone for him to take the sport and the future of his career seriously. Within the span of his first posted rating in October 2018 to October 2019 he achieved the 1000-rated player mark. He also is an advocate and very proactive within his community, teaching smaller clinics in Eastern NC, helping with course design, and constantly trying to get people excited about disc golf and Discmania as a whole!
