About Skyler
Skyler was born and raised in Jackson, Michigan. He grew up racing motocross, playing football, and running track. He's a former all state athlete in both track and football. Playing football took him to Ferris State University with a scholarship, where he majored in secondary education. While at Ferris he picked up disc golf and had a chance to compete on the runner up team at the National Collegiate Disc Golf Championships in 2014.
His relationship with Discmania started with the creation of the media team. "Getting a chance to create content for such a great company was a great honor and I had a lot of fun with it. 2020 will be his 4th year affiliated with the company and I look forward to what it brings. If I am not out playing leagues or tournaments you can catch me doing lessons, helping with clinics, or trying to solve they question 'why are trees'?"
