About Casey
Casey grew up in Minnesota tossing frisbees casually, but it wasn’t until she moved to Wisconsin after college and joined the Disc On! Ladies League that she was introduced to competitive disc golf. It didn’t take long for a lifelong athlete and outdoors enthusiast, to become hooked.
She played her first tournament, the Women’s Global event, in 2014 and quickly moved up the ranks from recreational to professional by the end of 2017. She has a career win rate of over 30%. Casey earned her place on Team Discmania as the top-scoring female player across all Combine events in 2018.
When she’s not competing, Casey promotes women’s disc golf locally by helping run leagues and sponsoring tournaments. These events are crucial to increasing female participation in the sport, and she’s excited to see women’s disc golf continue to grow!
